what audit is
audit helps you reflect on yourself, recognise patterns and take small steps. eko is an artificial intelligence, not a person. replies can be wrong, incomplete or unsuitable — check them and decide for yourself.
no therapy, no medical device
audit is not psychotherapy, medical treatment or emergency help and does not make diagnoses. if you have suicidal thoughts, are in acute danger or in a mental health crisis: call 112, or in germany telefonseelsorge 0800 111 0 111 or 0800 111 0 222 (free, around the clock).
minimum age
you must be at least 16 years old to use audit.
subscription & cancellation
free costs nothing (3 conversations per week, without memory). pro costs €59.99 per year — with a 14-day free trial on your first yearly plan; cancel before it ends and you pay nothing — or €9.99 per month without a trial. the subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the period. payment and cancellation run through your apple id: settings → [your name] → subscriptions → audit. apple's terms also apply. your statutory right of withdrawal for app store purchases follows apple's rules.
use
use audit only for yourself and only lawfully. not allowed: automated access, attempts to read other people's data, or getting the ai to produce illegal or harmful content. your own photos on the vision board must not infringe the rights of others.
your content
your texts and images belong to you. you only allow us to process them to provide the app to you.
liability
we are liable without limitation for intent, gross negligence and for injury to life, body and health. for slight negligence only for breach of essential obligations and limited to the typically foreseeable damage. we can't guarantee constant availability.
termination
you can delete your account in the app at any time. in case of serious violations of these terms, we may block an account.
governing law
german law applies; mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected. we don't take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
