eko looks across your conversations for what keeps coming back. these are prompts for reflection, not diagnoses.
conversations & ekois eko a person?
no. eko is an ai — not a person and not therapy. replies can sometimes be wrong or unsuitable. check them and decide for yourself.
conversations & ekoeko isn't replying. what now?
check the status page first. if everything is fine there: check your internet, close the app completely and open it again. if that doesn't help, write to us.
conversations & ekowhy can't i talk any more this week?
free includes 3 conversations per week; it resets on monday. with pro you can talk as often as you like. in an acute crisis eko always replies, even when the limit is reached.
subscription & prowhat does pro add?
eko remembers you, you talk as often as you like, see all patterns and blind spots, get the full weekly audit, ai images for the vision board and all constellations.
subscription & prohow does the free trial work?
the yearly plan starts with 14 days free. cancel before it ends and you pay nothing. audit reminds you shortly before it ends.
subscription & prohow do i cancel?
through your apple id: iphone settings → your name → subscriptions → audit. cancel at least 24 hours before renewal.
subscription & procan i get a refund?
refunds are handled by apple, not by us: reportaproblem.apple.com.
data & accountwho can read my conversations?
your conversations live in your account, stored in ireland (eu). for eko's replies the text goes to a language model which, per its api terms, doesn't use it for training. no selling, no ads, no tracking.
data & accountwhat does eko know about me?
with pro, settings → memory shows everything eko remembers. you can delete single items, delete everything or pause remembering.
data & accounthow do i withdraw my consent?
in settings → privacy. without consent eko can't hold conversations; the rest of the app stays usable.

settings → memory → delete account. also cancel an active subscription with apple. all steps are listed below.
tech & syncdoes audit work offline?
you can view journal, action and vision board offline. conversations with eko need internet. the app shows at the top when you're offline.
tech & synci got a new iphone.
sign in with the same account. your data comes back from the cloud, and pro is recognised through your apple id.
tech & syncmy widget shows too much.
turn on “private widget” in the settings. on the lock screen ios hides the content while your phone is locked.

eko is not an emergency service. if you're in danger: call 112. in germany, telefonseelsorge is there to talk right away — free, anonymous, around the clock.
delete your account

no access to the app anymore? email us from your account's address at support@mineplot.com with the subject “delete account”. we'll delete it for you.
